Training

ChenSoft takes a comprehensive approach to training. This is an approach that advocates repetitive training to reinforce knowledge and ensure adherence to defined processes. This approach also acknowledges the importance of both process and system documentation as required tools for the on-going maintenance of the system. ChenSoft provides classroom, workshop and one-on-one style training as part of an implementation or upgrade project, or as part of an on-going support package.
